Class and Retreat Policy

Welcome to our retreat center information page! Here, you'll find all the details you need to plan your stay, including our check-in and check-out policies, booking procedures, and payment options.

Check-In and Check-Out Policy

Check-in begins at 12:00 PM EST, and check-out is at 12:00 PM EST. If you wish to check in earlier, please inform us when you call. Early check-in is subject to availability and incurs an additional fee of $50.00.

Payments and Fee's

A deposit of $300.00 is required to secure your booking. You can receive a full refund of the deposit if you cancel up to 45 days before your scheduled visit. After this period, the deposit becomes nonrefundable. Payments can be made by check, cashier’s check, or money order, payable to Martin Model & Pattern. Upon scheduling your visit by phone, we will provide the mailing address for checks. Alternatively, you may pay by credit card over the phone, with a 3% fee added for credit card transactions. Full payment is due two weeks before your arrival, and the deposit will be refunded upon departure. Please note there is a $35.00 fee for any returned checks.

Meals

Currently, we are not offering meal services at the retreat center as we work on our certification to prepare meals. However, the center is equipped with a full kitchen for you to cook your own gourmet meals. Nearby, you'll find grocery stores, restaurants, catering services, takeout, and delivery options. A Keurig coffee maker and other electrical appliances are available for your use, along with tea and hot chocolate.

Property Rules

Please note that smoking, alcoholic beverages, pets, and children are not permitted on the premises.
