Imagine a retreat where you and your favorite group of people can immerse yourselves in your passions without a care in the world. Whether you're arriving with friends, family, or someone special, our retreat center is the perfect setting for crafting unforgettable memories and exploring your creative passions.

Our retreat center is located in Sweetwater, Tennessee where you can escape the everyday chores and indulge in quilting, sewing, and more. You can unwind and connect deeply with your creative side and share your creativity with others.

Join us at our retreat center to experience a blend of games, creativity, relaxation, and Southern hospitality. Create lasting memories, meet new friends, explore your creative passions, and enjoy a peaceful getaway in a setting designed to inspire and delight.  

We have 8 twin Beauty Rest beds.  Three beds in two of the rooms and two beds in the third room.  Full size kitchen with all accessories provided.  Area to eat away from your work table and small sitting area to relax.  One person per Work table that have plugs and USB plugs on each.  These are heavy duty tables that do not shake or vibrate.  Large design board with smaller design boards at each of the tables.  

Schedule:

• Monday:  Check in is at noon or anytime after.  Set up your equipment and get settled in.  5pm Get acquainted with vegetable and fruit tray available. 
• Tuesday:  Sew, Sew, Sew!!  9AM Continental Breakfast.  Sew and Snack!  4pm Dinner BBQ Special catered in, Unsweet/sweet Tea, Coffee, and Water provided.  
  
• Wednesday:  9AM Continental Breakfast.  Sew and Snack! 4pm Dinner Out
  
• Thursday:  9AM Continental Breakfast.  Sew and Snack!!  4pm Order from menu of group choice,
• Friday:  9AM Continental Breakfast.  Sew and Snack!!  Check out at noon. 
  

Unsweet/sweet Tea, 2% milk, coffee and water are provided at meals. 

Meals:  Continental Breakfast is included in the price of the package along with Tea, milk, coffee, Splenda, Vanilla Creamer, hot chocolate, and water.  Dinners are up to you to purchase.  There will be menu's sent to you within two weeks from your stay.  Bring in your favorite dessert to enter for "The most Favorite Dessert Prize".  Also don't forget to bring your favorite snacks to share with everyone between meals.  We all love to snack during our sewing breaks.

Amenities: Keurig Coffee Maker (large and single serving), Toaster, Kitchen Tools, Sheets, Pillows (if you don't want to bring yours), blankets, towels, hand towels, and wash rags and some smaller accessories if you forgot anything.

What to Bring:  Your Sewing machine and accessories (make sure your machine works for there will be no technician to fix it), Don't forget your electrical cord and control foot.  Projects that you want to work on.  Pack for overnight stays.  Robe and slippers are recommended for those middle of the night pit stops.  Some accessories will be available or you can visit one of the nearby stores.  I do have some quilting tools and accessories available for purchase if needed but please bring whatever is needed to use to work on your projects.  Don't forget your favorite dessert and snacks to share.

Payment: To secure your booking, please ensure full payment is received two weeks prior to your arrival.  We accept cash, check, cashier's check or money order payable to Gary or Jackie Martin.  Please call for reservations.  Check to be made to Martin Model & Pattern.  

Refunds: As a small business, we strive to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. For your peace of mind; there will be a waiting list so if your spot is filled then your payment is fully refundable.  If your spot is not filled then 95% will be refunded back to you.  If you have any questions, concerns or need assistance; feel free to reach out, I'm here to help! Returned Checks Fee:  A $35.00 fee applies to any returned checks. If you have any questions or need assistance with payments, feel free to contact me!

Check In/Out:  Check in is at 12 noon and check out is 12 noon.

Policies:  We ask that you kindly refrain from smoking, drinking alcoholic beverages, and bringing pets.
